Director & Principal Consultant

Morag Ingram BCS, APR, CMInstD is a governance and consulting professional with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across government, corporate and community sectors.

She is the Director and Principal Consultant of Wharf Road Consulting Ltd, an independent advisory practice supporting boards and leadership teams. Her current governance roles include the Nelson Tasman Housing Trust (Chair of Health & Safety sub-committee), Riwaka School Board of Trustees and appointed Lay Member of the New Zealand Law Society’s regional Standards Committee.

Morag is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and is committed to ethical decision-making, the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and strengthening communities through effective governance and engagement.
